How to submit a correction
Send corrections to our editorial team via the contact page. Please include the article URL, the passage in question, and any supporting sources.
Review process
- The correction is logged with a date and requester.
- Editors evaluate the correction, consulting cultural or technical reviewers as needed.
- Substantive corrections are applied and disclosed at the bottom of the article.
- Non-substantive edits (typos, formatting) may be made silently.
Disagreements
Where authorities disagree, the platform documents the disagreement rather than adjudicating it. Different regions, families, and practitioners can hold legitimate differences of interpretation.
